Easy words to read. Hard to put into practice. Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed that we can't think straight. We feel that we might not even have 5 minutes to spare. I challenge you to find 5 minutes. See if over the next week, you can find 5 minutes in your day to find balance in your day to day activities. Maybe you start small. Start with 1 minute of breathing. Build up to 2 minutes. Think of simple things that you can do for yourself that can help you stay healthy. Self care isn't about having enough money or time to take a vacation or get a massage. It's about finding the small things that you can incorporate throughout your day to make it more manageable. I promise you it will make a difference. Be well.
